CrossFit workout Murph is a full-body workout honoring United States Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who was killed in Afghanistan in 2005. The workout, created by CrossFit founder Greg Glassman, consists of a one-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and another one-mile run, all while wearing a 20-pound vest.
