The “Murph” CrossFit workout is a challenging full-body exercise named after Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan in 2005. The workout is designed to honor his memory and consists of a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and another 1-mile run, all while wearing a 20-pound weight vest.
